A text or a WhatsApp message is all it takes. Tell me in a couple of lines what brings you and when you can be reached: I’ll call you back for a first fifteen-minute conversation. There’s nothing to prepare, and nothing to explain until you feel ready to experience it.

One-to-one sessions

Group workshops
A 20-minute conversation, to discover the setting and get a feel for the atmosphere, without committing to anything.
Online
One-to-one sessions also take place by video call, run just as they are at my practice. I work with people in mainland France and abroad, taking the time difference into account.
Prices
One-to-one session €60 (1 hour) · Group workshop €12 1 to 2 hours, depending on the slot. Or €10 per session with the three-month pack.

How a video-call session works
- A 15-minute phone call. We get to know each other, with no commitment.
- Feels right? I’ll offer you a time slot, confirmed as soon as I receive payment by bank transfer.
- We meet by video call at the agreed time. You’ll receive the link 1 hour before.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before. After that, the session is due, or can be rescheduled once.
